Business Development Manager
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our
clientele. The main focus would be working with Sunbonn’s senior management to create and apply an
effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging
strong relationships with clients.
- Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conducting in-depth feasibility research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Creating a strategic promotional strategy for the products and services of the company while
addressing or anticipating market needs.
- Preparing and negotiating sales contracts ensuring adherence to company’s core values.
- Developing and overseeing Sunbonn’s sales strategy by leading a dynamic sales team
|Required Skills and Experience|
Applicants should have:
- In-depth knowledge of IT products and services
- Proven sales track record and workexperience as a business development manager, sales executive or
other relevant role
- Tenacity and drive to seek new businesses with the confidence to take initiatives and start things from
- Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to build and develop relationships with clients
and business partners.
- Experience in project management, negotiation and Feasibility planning.
- The ability to analyze sales figures and synthesize internal and external data to make strategic decisions.
- A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
